ACADES provides further details on the ” Aguas Marítimas” project
During a visit by the Chilean Desalination Association to CRAMSA’s offices, the company, as a partner to the organization, had the opportunity to discuss its perspective on the role of ACADES in the industry and the future of desalination.
Acades, in turn, gained further insights on specifics of the “Aguas Marítimas” project.
The Chilean Desalination Association, ACADES, visited CRAMSA’s facilities to gain insights on the company’s perspective as a partner of the organization regarding its role in the industry and the future of desalination. During the visit, CRAMSA also provided ACADES with additional details and an update on the ” Aguas Marítimas ” desalination project.
During the occasion, Rafael Palacios, Executive Vice President of ACADES and Amparo Hernández, Communications Director of the group, were received by CRAMSA’s CEO, Peter Hatton, along with the Corporate Affairs Manager, Hugo Lecaros. “We value the opportunity to collaborate and attain feedback as partners of ACADES, dedicated to contributing with our vision and work to the development of the desalination industry as a reliable and sustainable solution to address the severe water shortage in the country” stated, CRAMSA’s CEO, Peter Hatton.
For their part, ACADES’ Executive Vice President, Rafael Palacios, commended the meeting, which is part of the organization’s “Partners on the Ground” initiative that aims to foster the promotion of reuse and desalination practices in Chile.
“For ACADES it is very important to be able to engage with all the member companies that make up the group. Through this visit, we had the opportunity to update on the details of CRAMSA’s transformative “Aguas Marítimas” project, which due to its size, will have a significant before and after impact not only in its location in the Antofagasta region but also throughout Latin America. Moreover, ACADES was able to present its plans for 2023, outlining its roadmap for the future of desalination in Chile”.
